He was predeceased by : his wife Helen Welch; and his sons, Mike Welch and Billy Welch. He is survived by : his son Dale Welch (Wonda) of Vidor, TX; his daughter-in-law Debbie Welch of Vidor, TX; and his grandchildren, Wendy Hudgins (Rodney) of Vidor, TX, Amy Welch of Vidor, TX, Misty White (David) of Deer Park, TX and Zach Welch (Melissa). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
