He is survived by: his wife Peggy Noel; his children, Wesley Noel, Kami of Vidor, Micheal Spears and Jenna of Iowa; his siblings, Brenda Benner, Debbie Swinning, Angie Noel, Brian Noel, Barton Noel and Renee Theobald; and his grandchildren, Joseph Parr, Anna Spears, Gus Spears, Parker Noel, Rylee Noel and Finn Noel.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 1st 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor (1750 TX-12, Vidor, TX 77662). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
