We bid farewell to Jeanette Faye Chew of Voca, Texas, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 6, 2025 at the age of 96. Jeanette touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jim Ramsey and Alma Ramsey (Behrens). She is survived by: her daughters, Ouita Brightwell of Brady and Barbara Freeman of Voca; and her sister LaRue George of Brownwood. She is also survived by four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Leatherwood Memorial Chapels (1001 S Elm St, Brady, TX 76825). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
