He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Barrientes and Frances V Barrientes; and his siblings, Dora Menchaca, Frank "Pancho", Louie Barrientes and Antonio "Nino" Barrientes.
He is survived by: his children, Ernesto Daniel Barrientes and Cristina H Barrientes; his siblings, Adelina Garcia, Gloria Sanchez, Edward Barrientes and Lydia Garcia; his grandchildren, Ramiro Silva, Aumrey Barrientes, Seona Barrientes, Catalaya Barrientes, Izabella Barrientes, Andee Barrientes, Julian Pacheco and Jakob Pacheco; and his friend Joe Delgado. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
