He is survived by: his wife Irene Fernandez; his children, Jonathan Fernandez, Michelle Downs, Frank Patrick Fernandez (Kelsey), Marissa Rose Fernandez, Shelly Fernandez, Patricia (Franklin Smith), Laura Rivera, Paul Maldonado and Anthony Rivera; his grandchildren, Raelynn Zavala, Shaylynn Zavala, Elijah Coronado, Josef Santos, Mykal Smith, Ashton Downs, Brendan Downs, Jarrell, Jaelynn, Austin, Angelina, Kailion and Ruger Fernandez; his pet Mochi; and his siblings, Juan Fernandez (Cindy), Beatrice Fernandez, Angie Fernandez, Vicky Maldonado and Rose Mary (Joe Saldivar).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Camero Funeral Home (20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073). A prayer was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
