He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alfredo Rangel, Trinidad Rangel, Consuelo Rangel-Calderon and Carolina Sosa. He is survived by: his wife Evangelina Rangel; and his children, Yvonne Gutierrez (Manuel), Brenda Criner (Gary), Guillermo Rangel (Monique), Casimiro Rangel (Ana) and Jimmie Rangel (Anna Marie). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.
