He was predeceased by: his father Cruz M. Garcia Jr.; and his grandparents, Cruz M. Garcia and Irene A. Garcia. He is survived by: his spouse Rosantina C. Garcia; his mother Esther Trevino; his grandmother Concepcion Trevino; his children, Timothy Charles (Miranda), Tyler A. Charles (Carina) and Theresa Charles (Daniel Arenas); and his siblings, Cruz M. Garcia, Vanessa Garcia Castillo (Saul) and Kathryn M. Garcia. He is also survived by six grandchildren and one on the wat, five nephews, three nieces, one great grand nephew, other family members and dear friends.
