She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Luis Vera and Dolores Vera; her husband Joe M. Castro; her daughter Cynthia Salas (Joe Salas); her son-in-law Richard Flores; her great grandchild Alexia Rae Pastrano; and her children, Corina Flores (late Richard Flores), Dolores Estrada (David Estrada) and Paul Castro (Carol Castro). She was also cherished by one of six children, growing up with three sisters and two brothers.
