He was predeceased by: his wife Evangelina Duque; his daughter Diana Flores; his parents, Pablo Duque Sr. and Carmen S. Duque; and his siblings, Armantina Wagner, Felimon Duque, Pablo Duque Jr., Alfredo Duque and Ermilo Duque.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Cardenas, Reynando Duque, Arsenio Duque and Abran Duque; and his children, Dalia Cuellar, Otilia Duque, Ruben Duque Jr. and Edward Duque. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
