She was predeceased by : her husband Jesus B. Hernandez; and her parents, Nicolas Ortiz and Paula Rubio. She is survived by : her sons, Arturo (Sylvia Hernandez), Bert (Leticia Gonzales), Antonio (Rosalinda Hernandez) and Daniel (Delfina Hernandez). She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren, other family members and dear friends.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the First Memorial Park Cemetery. A prayer was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM.
