It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victor Friday of Von Ormy, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Hilda Friday; his mother Maria Vasquez; his brother Eddie Friday; and his grandson Victor Friday III. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Friday-Mendoza (Edward), Victor Friday Jr. (Myriam) and Lisa Friday-Chapa (Amadeo); his grandchildren, Caleb, Lauren, Brooke, Victoria, Chasity, Serenity, Liam, Lila and Lilliana; and his siblings, Alicia, Michael, Janie, Juan, Cindy and Israel. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Templo Amor (332 Wilcox Ave, San Antonio, TX 78211). A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 12:45 PM at the First Memorial Park Cemetery (20567 TX-16, Von Ormy, TX 78073).
