He is survived by: his wife Carol Moore; his children, Lynn Burnett (Bryan), Jim Moore (Debra) and Ben Moore; his sister-in-law Ruth Moore; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Dakota, Tiffany, Caleb, Tori and Ashley. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
