He is survived by: his daughter Rachel Lucas (Foreman); his son-in-law Eric Lucas; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Foreman, Keith Foreman, Jr., Erica Anderson, Kamryn Hill and DeVante Hill; his great grandchildren, Terrance "TJ" Adkism and Everleigh Hill; and his siblings, Arlillian Thomas-Navy and Michael Foreman. He is also survived by In-laws, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews, Family and Friends.
