He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bruce and Elizabeth Daniel (Ledbetter); and his wife Edith Rich. He is survived by: his children, Larissia Perrucci, Emily Parsons (Michael Prestwood) and Benjamin Daniel; his sisters, Myrtle Vineyard and Patricia Daniel; his grandson James Parsons; and his pet Abby. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Providence Hospice Place at St. Catherine's, 300 W. Hwy 6, Waco, TX 76712.
