She was predeceased by: her husband Levi Horne; her children, Kathy Vincent and Syd Horne; her sister Rose; her brother-in-law John Zadrozny; and her brother Howard Hathaway.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Horne (Amy) of China Spring, Lisa Green (Brian) of Hillsboro, Robert Vincent (Diane) of Wallingford, CT, Carolyn Meaden (Dave) of Marshall, MN, Sherry Geurts (Mike) of Marshall, MN and Keela Mercer of Sioux Falls, SD; her sisters, Brenda Thayer (John) of Clinton, CT, Wanda Hathaway of Old Saybrook, CT and Linda Stray of Westbrook, CT; her sister-in-law Karen Hathaway of Clinton, CT; her grandchildren, Shay Patterson (Patrick), Cole, Jessie, Josie Horne, Cason Green, John Otto (Jessi), Austin Demuth (Brydie), Carlee Kling, Travis Orvis, Jesse Orvis (Traci), Brady Orvis (Lisa), Danny Mercer (Ali), Amanda Kesteloot (Jeff) and Tanner Horne (Meganne); and her close friend Ruth Lehmann. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Reflection Ranch rescue to help save those who cannot save themselves or the American Heart Association.
