He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Rotan and Mildred Rotan (Bawcom); and his sister Sharon Kay Rotan. He is survived by: his brother-in-law Jack Gardner; his wife Cheryl Lee Allen; his children, Pam (Ralph Cummings), Dean (Becky) and Melissa (Zach Granberry); his grandchildren, Ryan, McKenna, Aidan Granberry, Addi Cummings and Paisley Rotan; and his brother Gary (Rita). He is also survived by brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews as well as other family and friends.
