She is survived by: her husband Forrest Frix; her sister Carolyn McNabb; her daughters, Glenda Johnson and Arlena Lay; and her grandchildren, Steve Crouse (Julie), Dennis Crouse (Tammy) and April Adams (Scott). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
