With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bill J. Reed (Waco, Texas), who passed away on August 27, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, C. L. Reed and Edna Earl Reed; his wife Marlene Mints; his daughter Dr. Rochelle Brunson (Kirk); his grandchildren, Barclay and Blair Brunson; his son William Barclay Reed (Janet); his grandsons, Justin, Brandon and Jason Reed; his sister Gloria Gately (Steven); and his siblings-in-law, Maxine Dorriety (Carl) and Mannon Mints (Dottie). He was also cherished by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Bill has requested that gifts be made to the Gospel Café in care of Crossties Ecumenical Church, P.O. Box 324, Waco, TX 76706.
