He was predeceased by: his parents, Allyn Raywood Johnson, Sr. and Maude Johnson; his wife Beverly Kay Johnson; his brother Allyn Raywood Jr.; and his sisters-in-law, Mary and Kathy Esterak.

He is survived by: his friend Aggie; his son Jeffrey Keith (Jennifer Johnson); his granddaughters, Olivia Johnson, Virginia Kay Johnson, Julia Johnson and Sabrina Johnson of Dripping Springs, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Schmidt (Rachel) of Austin, Texas. and Karen Wilburn of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
