He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmie R. Maxwell and Essie Mae Davis Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Ricky Maxwell (Lisa), Bradley Maxwell (Rebecca), Melissa Peschel (Ronnie), Blake Maxwell and Sean Sosenka; his grandchildren, Zachary Maxwell, Brently Maxwell, Courtney Ledbetter (Logan Ledbetter), Ryan Peschel (Ashley), Brandon Maxwell and Ethan Maxwell; and his great grandchildren, Lexie Maxwell, Whitley Maxwell, Hendrix Ledbetter, Akin James Ledbetter, Beck Ryan Ledbetter, Hayes Peschel and Nash Ryan Peschel.
