He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilma Smith and Carl E. Gustafson; and his son Michael Ray Gustafson. He is survived by: his wife Donna; and his brother Benny Gustafson (Leona). He is also survived by two brothers in law; two sisters in law; numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
