She was predeceased by: her parents, Domasio Ramirez and Gabriella Ramirez; her husband Guadalupe "Pito" Martinez; her siblings, John Ramirez, Tony Ramirez, Manuel Ramirez, Pedro "Pete" Ramirez, Gilbert Ramirez, Valentine Ramirez, Humberto Ramirez and Martha Suarez; her daughter Hope Martinez; her grandson Adam Martinez, Jr.; and her friends, Irene and Leonar.
She is survived by: her sons, John Ralph "Pache" Alaniz (Victoria), Martin Torres, Anthony "Booboo" Martinez (Susie) and Adam Martinez (Paula); her sisters, Jesusa "Susie" Ramos and Victoria Ramirez Smith; her grandchildren, Michael, Jesus, Jonathan, Marty, Lucas, Hope, Christina, Ambar, Stephanie, Veronica, Cecilia, Shonda and Mary Jo; and her friend Lil Janie. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the OakCrest Funeral Home (4520 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Oakwood Cemetery (2124 S 5th St, Waco, TX 76706).
