He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron S. Cooper and Helen Lamb Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Bolt Cooper; his children, Cathy Champion (Brad) of Atlanta, Georgia and Charles B. Cooper, Jr. (Christy) of Sugar Land, Texas; and his pet Kitty. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
