He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Monroe Sullivan and Lucille Smith Sullivan; his brothers, Bobby Joe Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan and Jimmy Sullivan; and his former wife Novaleen Berry Sullivan.
He is survived by: his wife Bobbie; his daughters, Brenda Roberts (Randall) and Terry Sherman; his stepdaughters, Cindy Keeth (Randy), Dianne Passek and Lisa Neckar; his grandchildren, Chelsea Roberts, Mallory Roberts Eskew (Dustin), Joshua Sherman, Cassidy Kleine (Kendall) and Rachel Belviso (Mario); and his great grandchild Kylar Kleine.
