He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Blackburn and Myrtle Blackburn; his in-laws, Thelbert and Estelle Rosser; and his grandchildren, Sarah, Zachary and Alison Khoury.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Rosser; his daughters, Dawn Khoury (Michael) and Raechele Parker (Kevin) of Waco; his brother Donald Blackburn (Nelda) of Grand Prairie; his sisters-in-law, June Stinson (Wayne Butler) of Waco and Phyllis Orand (Mike) of Waco; his grandchild Ashley O'Neal (Chad) of Waco; his sisters-in-law, K. J. Parker (Sydney) of Jarrell, Lauren Windham of Waco, Cameron Khoury of Ft. Worth and Sarah Khoury of Lubbock; and his great grandchildren, Aria and Evelyn Parker of Jarrell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to The American Heart Association or St. Jude's Hospital.
