He was predeceased by: his mother Jacqueline Rowell; his wife Joyce Koch Rowell; and his brother Woodie Rowell. He is survived by: his children, Deanna Garon (Craig) and Steve Rowell (Cathie); his brother Tommy Rowell (Sally); his grandchildren, Stacy Herrin (Brent), Amy Garon, Brandon Rowell (Clarissa), Eric Rowell (Anya Singh) and Adam Rowell (Caycee); and his great grandchildren, Logan Toole, Abby Laine, Roy Bernal, Luke Rowell, Danielle Rowell, Ashlin Rowell and Evan Rowell.
