He is survived by: his grandsons, Braden Frazier, Bryce Frazier, Christopher Galloway, Cooper Petty, Joshua Simons and Michael Simons II; his wife Sharon Eads; and his children, Thomas Frazier (Melissa), Shawnette Petty (Charles), Robert Galloway (Lyndsay), Christopher Eads (Stephanie) and Mark Booth. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
