He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Phillips (King) and Mary Phillips; and his brother Edward L. Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Beth Mingle Phillips; and his children, Marijoy Horton (Ben), David Reynolds-Rice Phillips (Cristina), Bethany Phillips Gage (Logan) and Tim Phillips. He is also survived by grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
