He was predeceased by: his mother Rose Regalado Sanchez; his grandparents, Maria V Sanchez, Sylvester Sanchez, Irene Regalado and Cresencio Regalado; his aunt Rachael Vargas; and his uncles, Raymond Sanchez, Johnny Sanchez and Rumaldo Regalado.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Ortiz; his father David Sanchez, Sr.; his children, David Sanchez III, Devin Sanchez, Elizabeth Sanchez and Dominic Sanchez; and his siblings, Jennifer Dawson, Jose Sanchez, Richard Sanchez, Misti Rodriguez, Linda Najera and Mary Ann Sanchez. He is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, nieces and nephews.
