He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas M. Menchaca and Mary (Martinez); his brother Thomas "Sonny" Menchaca; and his granddaughters, Madison and Mackenzie Wisenbaker.
He is survived by: his wife Tani Torres of Waco, TX; his daughter Michelle Wisenbaker; his son-in-law Marcus of Prosper, TX; his son Marcus; his daughter-in-law Brooke of Brownwood, TX; his sons, Matthew of Dallas, TX and Michael of Waco, TX; his siblings, Esther Cisneroz (Pedro) of San Antonio, TX, Cynthia Creek (Larry) of Calallan, TX and Robert (Avelia) of Liberty Hill, TX; his grandchildren, Aaron (Alexandra), Rebecca, Ely, Mallory, Maddox and Morgan; and his great grandchild Jewel.
The height of his charity came through his service of 30 years as an ordained Deacon.
