She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Scott Sr. and Clara Devers; and her former husband Johnny Neal. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristy Kemp (Kyle) and Amanda Bush; her grandchildren, Dshon Hill, Josalyn Hill and Madison Kemp; and her siblings, Don Scott Jr. (Paula), Gary Scott (Judie), Randy Scott (Celeste) and Denese Scott-Witt. She is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
