She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Dee (Bill) and Rojean Overby (Jean); her siblings, Jan Rushin and Willie Overby Jr.; her son Kevin Tye; and her son-in-law Dillon Davis.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Tye of Waco; her children, Michael Tye of Waco and Ashley Patterson (Bobby) of Moody; and her sisters, Belinda Athey (Ray) of Chilton and Judy Brinegar of Gatesville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
