She was predeceased by: her parents, LaVerne Herrick and Irene Herrick; her sister Dona Krueger; her husband Fritz; her son Dr. Scot Collins; and her grandson Kyle Collins.
She is survived by: her son Jon Collins (Jessica Cook); her grandsons, Bob Collins, Brooks Collins (Ashley), Seth Collins, Tucker Collins (Leslie), Tanner Collins and Brock Collins; her son Rob Collins (Mandy); and her granddaughter Haley Lelio (Rob Lelio).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to the General Education Scholarship Fund of P.E.O.
