He is survived by: his wife Debra Bright; his daughter Jennifer Bush; his sisters, Linda Eubanks (Randy), Marlene Hopkins (Bill) and Teresa Buckley (Cliff); his grandchildren, Chad, Tyler, Triston, Jacie, Bailey and Sadie-Lynn; and his great grandchildren, Mitchell, Wyatt, Addison, Karsyn and Waylon.
