He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Foley and Lillie Foley; his wife Lemoine Virginia; his children, Cherri Rader, Sharla Fife and Kenny Foley; and his brother Robert Foley.
He is survived by: his sons, Kyle Steward (Dawn) of Comanche, Waylon Foley (Stacy) of Waxahachie and Roger Foley of Waco; and his grandchildren, Keith Steward (Whitney) of Blanket, Cash Foley of Waxahachie, Waylon Foley Jr. of Temple, Shane Alford of Waxahachie, Justin Stratton of New York, Ryan Rader (Sussy) of Fort Worth, Michael Fanning of Ennis, Natasha Broxton (Dana) of Georgia, Brandi Overstreet of Fort Worth, Kina Alford of Milford and Shelly Pecot of Venus. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
