He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Underwood and Loyde Underwood; and his sister Sandra. He is survived by: his wife Wendy Wilkerson; his son Matthew (Tabitha O'Neal); his brother-in-law Larry Priest; his nephew Mike Priest; his niece Mandy Vieregg; and his great-nieces, Emily and Katie Vieregg. He is also survived by many co-workers and several close friends.
