He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marian Kozak Parks and William Tenney Parks; his friend MaryAnn Palmert; his daughters, Beth Kilgo (Billy) and Melissa Takamatsu (Steve); his grandchildren, Parker, Kelsey Kilgo, Hana and Dori Takamatsu; and his siblings, Jane Peden, Robert Parks and Dick Parks. He was also cherished by numerous in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
