She was predeceased by: her parents, George Abbe and Lucy Smith Abbe; her husband James L. Mize; and her brothers, Buddie and Ed Abbe.
She is survived by: her sister Betty Padden of Marietta, Georgia; her children, Patricia Jenkins of Arlington and Robert Mize (Carol Jo) of Waco; her grandchildren, Amy Jenkins (Chris Brown) of Alexandria, Chad Jenkins of Newark, Macey Mize of Longview, Meagan Mize and Michael Mize of Waco; Brodie Brown of Alexandria, Virginia.. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
