With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edison Franklin Johnson (Waco, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 26, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Earl and Ova LaVerne Johnson (Maricle). He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Faye Thrasher; his daughters, Brandy Romer (Paul) of Temple and Tonya Kuykendall (Jason) of Lorena, Texas.; his grandchildren, Paul Romer (Ericka), Rebekah Dipko (Kawika), Isaac Romer (Lizzy), Emma Romer, Jake Kuykendall and Tabitha Kuykendall; his great grandchildren, Truman and Elaine Dipko; and his siblings, Harvey Johnson (Barbara) and Jewel Boykin (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Missionary fund of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
