She was predeceased by: her mother Grace Stewart Holcomb; her husband John Ousley; her father Martin Holcomb; and her siblings, Doug Holcomb, Lee Crump and Emma Lou Visage.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Patricia Ousley Tubbs of Norman, OK; her sons, Todd Ousley (Ann Schumann-Ousley) and Lance Ousley (Jenness Bundy Ousley); her grandchildren, Ian, Ciara Ousley of Bellefonte, PA, Parkes Ousley of Los Angeles, CA, Dae Ousley of Saginaw, MI, Evans Ousley of Denver, CO and Josh Ousley of Grand Rapids, MI; her great grandchild Adrian Bailey of Saginaw, MI; and her friends, Ed, Ellen Lee, Ceylon Hood, Felicia and Dan Brown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
