She was predeceased by: her parents, Allie Butler and Naoma Butler; her husband William F. McMillan Jr. (Frank); her sister Florence Owen; and her nephew Darrell Owen.
She is survived by: her daughter Dora Elizabeth (Brad); her brother Van Butler of Florida; her daughter Christy Howard (Chuck); her grandchildren, Brandi Olivarez (Josh), Chas Howard (Binh An) and Caleb Howard; her great grandchildren, Gavin, Chloe and Jackson Olivarez; and her siblings-in-law, Janita McMillan, Velma Lisenbe and Garry McMillan.
