He is survived by: his wife Peggy Marshall; his sons, Taylor Herbert (Daniela Forbes), Jerry Herbert and Austin Herbert (Sarah Kelinske); his grandchildren, Tyler Herbert (Savannah), Hunter Herbert, Kaden Herbert (Grace Davis), Jacob Herbert, Saylor Herbert and Charlotte Herbert; his sister Judy Brister (Bob); his sister-in-law Sandra Wood (Randy); his nieces and nephews, Janice Stanley, Georgia Brister, Ramey Munsey (Scott), Sarina Moore (Daniel), Candice Kienitz, Jennifer Marshall-Higgins (Chris), Kevin Brister (Anna), Robert Welch (Shelley) and Joseph Wood; his great-nieces, Jackie Stanley, Kamryn, Katelynn Brister, Brooke and Breanna Welch; his great-nephew Landon Stanley; his great grandchildren, Zander Herbert and Adalyn Herbert; Sydney Stanley and Scarlett Godinez.
