He was predeceased by: his wife Penny Dameron Boyd; his sister Melinda Boyd McBroom; and his parents, Jasper Rollen "J. R." Boyd and Joyce Helen Boyd. He is survived by: his sons, Gary Dale Boyd (Nina) of Flower Mound and Andrew Glen Boyd (Jill); his brother David Harrison Boyd of Fort Worth, Texas; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Emily, Maggie and Drew. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
