With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Glenn Earl Matthews of Waco, Texas, born in Houston, Texas, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Earl "Dick" and Mary O'dell Matthews "Sis"; his sister Joyce Stubblefield; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Stubblefield and Barry Byford.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda; his children, Kristi Martin (Billy) and Craig Matthews; his stepdaughter Jasmine Garcia; his granddaughter Kaylee Martin; his siblings-in-law, Brad Byford (Sharon) and Dianne Byford; his niece Marva Shelton (Rick); his nephews, Larry Stubblefield and Steve Stubblefield (Dawn); and his caregivers, South and White Hillcrest.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Masonic Lodge #95 in Pine Hill, TX or College Ave Baptist Church of McGregor, TX in Glenn's name.
