He is survived by: his siblings, Darrell Edmon Ballew Jr. (Brenda), Carla Cargill (Randy), Robert "Bob" Ballew (Debbie), Bruce Ballew, Brian Ballew and Janet Thrower (Kenneth); his aunts, Syble Bohannan, Lillian Bohannan and Doris; and his uncle Johnny Slay. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and numerous cousins.
