He was predeceased by: his wife Wetona Mayfield (Cutbirth); and his brothers, Paul Ed (Edward) and Pat Mayfield. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Alissa Davis (Dan Riddle), Guthrie Davis (Tana) and Morgan Mayeux (Evan); and his great grandchildren, Layla Harrison, Finn Davis, Riley and Beckett Mayeux. He is also survived by brother.
