He is survived by: his in-law Hal; his wife Jana; his children, Adam, Taylor, Caroline Whitaker and Anna Madden; his grandson Theo Madden; his stepmother Gene Whitaker; his sister Jan Munn; his niece Kelly Brooks; his siblings-in-law, Greg Swain, Lance Abernathy, Jimmy Duckworth and Jennifer Abernathy; his niece Kate Abernathy; his in-laws, Bob, Deborah Abernathy and Jo Ellen Swain; Hal. He is also survived by family members and friends.
