He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Weldon Meeks; his wife Linda Kay Rawlins; his grandchildren, Tonja Cunningham (Allen), Kaylee of Chester, James Kevin "Jimmy" Meeks of Waco, Jennifer Young (Jason), Jackson and Logan of Waco; and his stepgrandchildren, Olivia, Charlotte and Andrew Young-Bullock.
