We are sad to announce that, on March 14, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Ila Gene Toups (Waco, Texas), born in Forsyth, Missouri. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Jesse Van Moore; her husband Randall Joseph Toups; her sons, Chris and Christopher Stuart Toups; and her brothers, J. V. Moore Jr. and Robert E. Moore. She was also cherished by 21 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
