He is survived by: his son Sam Payne; his daughter-in-law Robin Payne; his granddaughter Brandy Corley (Blair); his great grandchildren, Landon, Rhyder, Braden and Jackson; his stepchildren, Tommy Grusendorf (Veronika) and Pam Jones (Larry); his stepgrandchildren, Tammy Leuschner (Brad), Michelle Tonkin (Thomas), Taylor and Paul Tonkin; McKenzie, Austin and Zachary Leuschner.
